PressureCalmX refund policy

This is the formal wording. The plain-English walkthrough is on the guarantee page, and the two say the same thing.

1. The refund window

Every PressureCalmX order placed through pressurecalm-x.com carries a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase shown on the checkout receipt. Requests received inside that window are honoured in full, including on opened bottles.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from any address, quoting the order number. No form, no telephone queue and no explanation is required, although a sentence about what did not work helps us improve the product pages.

3. Returns of physical goods

Some refunds are approved without a return. Where the fulfilment centre requests the bottles back, the return address is supplied with the approval email. Return postage is paid by the customer. Bottles should be sent with the order number written on the outside of the parcel.

4. Timing of the refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Card issuers and banks apply their own settlement times on top of that, commonly a further 2 to 7 days.

5. What is excluded

Orders placed more than 60 days before the request. Orders for PressureCalmX not placed through this portal, including any purchase from a marketplace, an auction site or a reseller, since Northaven Health has no record of and no authority over those transactions. Shipping charges already incurred on the two-bottle kit.

6. Chargebacks

We would rather refund you than fight a chargeback. If a payment dispute is opened before contacting us, the refund process pauses until the issuer closes the case, which is slower for everyone. One email is faster.

7. Damaged or incorrect goods

Photograph the bottles and the outer packaging and email support. Damaged, incorrect or lot-mismatched PressureCalmX kits are replaced or refunded at the customer's choice, and this sits outside the 60-day window.
