PressureCalmX ingredients, dosage and what the label leaves out
Two PressureCalmX capsules a day deliver a 620 mg proprietary blend of eight botanicals plus three declared vitamins. The manufacturer publishes the blend total and two vitamin daily values. It does not publish a milligram figure for any single plant, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
Dosage in one line
Two capsules daily with a meal and a full glass of water. Sixty capsules a bottle, so one bottle is thirty days. The manufacturer suggests judging the routine over 90 days, and the refund window runs 60 days from purchase.
The eight botanicals in the PressureCalmX blend
| Ingredient | Declared amount | Why it is in the formula |
|---|---|---|
| Hawthorn leaf and flower | 620 mg blend | The most researched cardiovascular botanical in the formula. Flavonoids and oligomeric procyanidins are the compounds usually named. NCCIH describes the human evidence as limited and flags interactions with heart medication. |
| Hibiscus flower | 620 mg blend | Carries anthocyanins and is the plant behind most of the sour red herbal teas studied for circulation. Small human trials exist; none of them used this blend. |
| Garlic bulb | 620 mg blend | Sulfur compounds including allicin precursors. One of the most studied botanicals for cardiovascular endpoints, with modest and inconsistent results across trials. |
| Olive leaf | 620 mg blend | Source of oleuropein, a polyphenol studied for antioxidant activity and vascular function. Common in Mediterranean-style cardiovascular formulas. |
| Green tea leaf | 620 mg blend | Catechins plus caffeine. The caffeine content of this blend is not published, which matters if you are sensitive or take the capsules late in the day. |
| Buchu leaf | 620 mg blend | Traditional South African herb used for fluid balance. No modern cardiovascular trial data. Present for the traditional diuretic role, not for a proven blood pressure effect. |
| Uva ursi leaf | 620 mg blend | Traditional urinary and fluid-balance herb. Generally recommended for short courses rather than open-ended daily use, which is why we cap our own suggestion at continuous use of a few weeks unless a clinician says otherwise. |
| Juniper berry | 620 mg blend | Aromatic berry with a traditional diuretic reputation and antioxidant compounds. Again traditional use, not trial evidence. |
Eight plants, one number. Every row above says the same thing in the amount column, because that is genuinely all the label says. The 620 mg is the whole blend. If hawthorn is 400 mg of it, the other seven share 220 mg. If hawthorn is 60 mg, the picture is very different. Nobody outside the manufacturing floor knows which, and any site that prints a split for PressureCalmX is guessing.
The declared vitamins
| Nutrient | On the panel | Derived amount | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) | 294% DV | roughly 5 mg by arithmetic | Cofactor in homocysteine metabolism and in dozens of enzyme reactions. |
| Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) | 4167% DV | roughly 100 mcg by arithmetic | Works with B6 and folate on homocysteine; absorption falls with age, which is why high percentages are common in formulas aimed at adults over 50. |
| Vitamin C | Declared, amount not published | not calculable | Antioxidant listed by the manufacturer without a daily value we can quote. |
The derived column is arithmetic against the current adult daily values (1.7 mg for B6 and 2.4 mcg for B12), not a printed claim[4][5]. We show it because a percentage on its own is hard to compare, and we label it as a calculation so nobody quotes it back as a label figure.
How to take PressureCalmX, and when not to
- Two capsules together, with food. Splitting them morning and evening is fine if that is easier to remember.
- Water, not coffee. The blend already contains green tea leaf.
- Consistency beats timing. A missed day is not a reset; a missed fortnight is.
- Do not start PressureCalmX without asking your prescriber if you take medication for blood pressure, heart rhythm, blood thinning or diabetes. Hawthorn, garlic and green tea all have documented interactions[1].
- Not for use during pregnancy or nursing, and not for anyone under 18.
- If you have kidney disease, the traditional diuretic herbs in the blend are a reason to ask first rather than to try and see.
What is not in the bottle
No stimulant blend beyond the caffeine that comes with green tea. No prescription compounds. No sodium-loaded fillers. The manufacturer describes the formula as natural and non-GMO and fills it in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility in Aurora, Colorado. The capsule shell is vegetable-based.

This page is general education, not medical advice. Blood pressure is a clinical measurement and belongs in a conversation with your own physician or pharmacist, especially if you already take medication for blood pressure, heart rhythm, or blood thinning.
