PressureCalmX delivery, tracking and returns
PressureCalmX kits ship from a United States fulfilment centre within one business day of the order clearing. Continental US delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days.

Tracking your PressureCalmX order
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is created, which is usually the evening of dispatch. If nothing has arrived in 48 hours, check the spam folder first, then email [email protected] with the order number. Tracking sometimes takes another day to start updating after the label exists; that gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
If a parcel goes missing
Tell us. We open a trace with the carrier and, where the trace fails, the kit is reshipped or refunded. Nobody is asked to chase a courier on our behalf. Parcels marked delivered but not found are worth checking with neighbours and around the property first, because that resolves most of them within a day.
Returns
Returns run through the 60-day guarantee rather than through a separate returns process. Email support with the order number, and the confirmation tells you whether bottles need to come back. Where they do, the return address travels with that email and the postage is the customer's. Full terms sit on the guarantee page and in the refund policy.
What arrives in the box
Sealed PressureCalmX bottles with the lot printed on each label, packed in a plain outer box with no branding on the outside. Match the lot against the published record before breaking the seal. No invoice with card details is placed in the box.
