Short version: this portal collects very little, stores less, and sells nothing. PressureCalmX orders are processed by an authorized checkout partner, and card details never touch this domain.

What this site collects directly

Nothing that identifies you, unless you email us. There is no account system on the PressureCalmX portal, no newsletter signup, and the contact form opens your own mail client rather than posting to a server here. Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp for security and traffic reporting, and they are kept for 30 days.

What the checkout partner collects

When you order, the authorized checkout partner collects the name, shipping address, email and payment details needed to fulfil the order, under its own privacy terms. Northaven Health receives the order number, the shipping details required to deliver the kit and the email address needed for support. We never see full card numbers.

Email correspondence

Emails to support are retained for 24 months so a refund or delivery question can be traced later. Ask us to delete a thread and we will, unless it relates to an open refund or a legal obligation to retain records.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. A single session flag is stored in your browser's session storage if you dismiss the offer bar, so it stays dismissed for that visit. It expires when the tab closes and contains no personal data.

Third parties

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page. Analytics beyond server logs are not used. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing by Northaven Health, and there is no advertising network on this domain.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. California residents may exercise CCPA rights through the same address; we do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out list to join.

Children

PressureCalmX is sold to adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
