The PressureCalmX 60-day guarantee, step by step
Every PressureCalmX kit is covered for 60 days from the date of purchase. If the routine does not earn its place, you email us, we refund the order. There is no restocking fee and no form to fill in.
The short version
Email [email protected] inside 60 days with your order number. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval. You do not need to have finished the bottles, and you do not need to explain yourself.
What is covered
- All three kits: the two, three and six bottle PressureCalmX orders alike.
- Opened bottles. A guarantee that only covers unopened product is not a guarantee, it is a return policy.
- The full purchase price of the kit.
What is not covered
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago. The window is firm.
- Bottles bought from a marketplace, a reseller or any site other than pressurecalm-x.com. We can only refund an order we took.
- Return postage, where the fulfilment centre asks for bottles back. That cost sits with the customer, and we would rather say so here than in a footnote.
How a refund actually runs
Email support with the order number
Write to [email protected]. The order number is on the receipt sent at checkout. A sentence about what did not work helps us, but it is not a condition.
We confirm and open the refund
Support replies within one business day during Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern and confirms the amount.
Return the bottles if asked
Some refunds are approved without a return. Where the fulfilment centre does ask, the address comes with the confirmation email and the postage is yours.
The money goes back
3 to 5 business days to the original payment method once approved. Card issuers add their own settlement time.
Why the window is 60 days and not longer
Because 60 days is roughly two bottles, which is long enough to know whether a daily capsule fits your routine and whether it agrees with you. The manufacturer asks for 90 days before judging results, which is longer than the refund window, and that gap is worth stating plainly: if you want a full assessment period fully covered by a guarantee, no supplement in this category gives you one.
